Is there a teleprompter that works on Mac and iPhone with one purchase?

Yes. Apple's universal purchase lets one App Store purchase cover the iPhone and Mac versions of the same app. EyePrompt uses it: buy once, and Pro is unlocked on both.

Why this is worth checking before you buy anything

Most people record on more than one device: a phone on a tripod for vertical video, a Mac for calls and longer pieces. When an app sells those separately, the normal outcome is two subscriptions for one job.

What "one purchase" does and does not include

• Included: Pro on iPhone and Pro on Mac, from a single purchase: monthly, annual, or the one-time lifetime option.
• Included: iPad runs the iPhone app today and the subscription covers it. The native iPad version is still in development.
• Not included: script syncing. EyePrompt has no networking, so scripts stay on the device you wrote them on. That is a deliberate trade for having no account and no upload path, not an oversight.

What each side is actually for

• iPhone: the script sits under the front camera while you record. Good for vertical video, self-tape and anything handheld or on a tripod.
• Mac: a reading band floats under the Mac's camera during calls, hidden from screen sharing in supported apps, plus a Studio that records landscape takes.
