EyePrompt is made by Beonbrand Inc., a Canadian company. We are a small team, and we like to keep things simple. There is one email address for everything: support questions, privacy requests, and legal or copyright matters.

Support and feedback
Email us if you have a question about how EyePrompt works, run into a problem, want to report a bug, or have a suggestion. It helps to include your device model and your iOS and app versions. You can find these, along with an optional plain-text diagnostics summary you can copy into your message, in the app's Settings.
A note on billing and refunds: subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. To manage or cancel a subscription, use your App Store account settings. Refund requests go through Apple's App Store refund process, not through us.
Privacy requests
EyePrompt is built to be private by design. It has no accounts and no servers, and your scripts, takes, thumbnails, settings, and Eye Contact Scores stay on your device. That means we do not hold any personal data about you to look up, export, or delete.
